Global Running Day 2017

To build on the 2016 Global Running Day activation’s success, we introduced new elements to build the community, position adidas Running as the leading voice on social, and successfully manage the delivery of run kits. Kits (including two extra branded shirts to share with friends) were couriered by runners to their destinations and hand-delivered. Real-time social video and stills kept the conversation relevant and highlighted winners. Long story short, it was a big sweaty success.

The day after Global Running Day just so happens to be World Ocean Day. Since adidas had just announced the Parley (made of recycled plastics), we gifted pairs to nine lucky winners.
